No Limits Arts Theatre (NLAT) was founded in 2006 by Audrie Austin, a fashion designer, interior design professional, and artistic event planner, inspired by her son, a visual artist. NLAT's mission is to inspire, motivate, educate, and facilitate healing through art by providing a safe space for artists to share, learn, and grow.
NLAT strives to establish a creative hub in the Dallas area by hosting events that engage youth and foster community relationships. These events aim to spark conversations and inspire positive change within the community.

NLAT’s primary focus is on providing a platform for youth aged 6-18 in underserved communities, offering them a safe space to showcase their talents. The organization also supports teachers, veterans, first responders, and their families, recognizing that art can serve as a powerful tool for healing. NLAT believes that creative expression allows individuals to convey emotions they may struggle to articulate verbally.

Youth, in particular, benefit from art's healing potential, as it provides an outlet for those who feel unheard or misunderstood. Engaging in the creative process helps them decompress, express their emotions, and take pride in their achievements.

Teachers, who play a crucial role in nurturing a child's imagination, are also supported by NLAT through the provision of school supplies. This assistance helps alleviate their financial burden, enabling them to focus on fostering creativity in their students.

Military veterans and first responders, who often face significant stress, are another key group NLAT serves. Through art-based programs and free classes, NLAT offers these individuals and their spouses a medium to cope with PTSD and anxiety, benefiting not only them but also their families and the broader community.
Core Values
1. Empowerment Through Art: We believe in the transformative power of art as a tool for healing, self-expression, and empowerment. We provide creative outlets that help individuals express their emotions when words fall short, fostering personal growth and resilience. 2. Community and Inclusivity: We are dedicated to cultivating a supportive community where youth from underserved areas, veterans, first responders, and their families can connect and thrive. Our safe spaces and inclusive programs offer opportunities for these groups to showcase their talents and find healing. 3. Support for Educators: We recognize the critical role educators play in shaping future generations. By alleviating their financial burdens through the provision of school supplies, we enable teachers to focus on what they do best—educating and inspiring students. 4. Holistic Healing for Veterans and First Responders: We honor the sacrifices of military veterans, first responders, and their families by offering free art classes designed to help them discover creative mediums that support their healing and well-being, enhancing their lives and strengthening the community. 5. Inspiring Change Through Creative Dialogue: We are committed to sparking meaningful conversations that drive positive change in the Dallas community. Through events and artistic works, we create platforms that encourage dialogue, connection, and shared understanding.
