Our Story

No Limits Arts Theatre (NLAT) is a nonprofit arts organization dedicated to inspiring creativity, promoting healing, and strengthening community through the arts. Founded in Dallas, Texas, NLAT creates inclusive artistic experiences where youth, veterans, first responders, and community members can explore their creativity, share their voices, and grow through artistic expression.

At NLAT, we believe the arts have the power to transform lives. Through visual art, performance, and creative storytelling, we provide opportunities for individuals to discover confidence, develop leadership skills, and connect with others in meaningful ways. Our programs are designed to remove barriers and create safe, welcoming spaces where creativity can thrive.

What We Do

NLAT develops programs that combine artistic excellence with community impact.

Art Meets Art
A unique youth arts program where performance and visual art come together. Young artists create original work and present both performance and visual art at our annual showcase.

Art Expressions
A free community arts workshop series that uses visual and written art as tools for healing, emotional wellness, and connection. The program was created to support veterans, first responders, and their families, while remaining open to the broader community.

Through these programs, NLAT provides safe, supportive environments where creativity becomes a pathway to healing, growth, and empowerment.

Looking Ahead

NLAT continues to grow its impact and expand opportunities in the arts. One of our future initiatives is the Stage Crew Training Program, launching in 2027. This program will teach teens technical theatre skills such as lighting, sound, stage management, and production support—opening doors to behind-the-scenes careers in the performing arts.
