Art Expressions is a free, in-person community arts workshop series designed to support healing, connection, and creative growth. While the program was created with a special focus on veterans, first responders, and their families, it is open to all community members seeking a safe and supportive space for artistic expression.

Through guided visual and written art activities, participants explore creativity as a powerful tool for managing stress, processing life experiences, and building meaningful connections. No prior art experience is required, and all materials are provided.

Whether you are rediscovering your creativity or trying something new for the first time, Art Expressions offers a welcoming environment where you can create freely, reflect deeply, and connect authentically.
